Privacy Policy
Aura Sage provides reflective digital tools, content and products. This notice explains what information we collect, why we use it, who processes it and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Waitlist: the email address you voluntarily submit, the edition you requested and basic campaign attribution.
- Site measurement: page paths, anonymous session identifiers, campaign tags and button or tool-completion events. Our first-party growth events do not store full referrer URLs or IP addresses.
- Purchases: order and payment information is processed by the checkout provider. Aura Sage receives the details needed to fulfil and support the order.
- Messages: information you choose to send when you contact us through email or WhatsApp.
The free relationship preview runs in your browser; the text you paste is not submitted to the waitlist or our first-party event database. Birth dates entered in the free zodiac tool and dream choices entered in the reflection tool also remain in your browser. Free PDF downloads are static files and do not include the private result created in your browser.
Why we use information
- To provide the free guide you requested, send the one launch email you consented to and manage that consent.
- To measure which free tools are useful and improve site performance.
- To fulfil purchases, provide support and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and security obligations where applicable.
Where applicable, we rely on consent for launch email, contract for order fulfilment, and legitimate interests for limited site measurement, service improvement and security. We do not use these tools for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare hosts the site and first-party database. Google Analytics measures site use. PayPal processes primary payments and may present eligible card or wallet funding options. Gumroad processes supported backup checkouts. Resend sends transactional order and delivery messages when configured. WhatsApp processes a conversation only if you choose to start one. These providers may process information in countries outside your own under their respective safeguards and policies. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Retention
- Waitlist email: until the requested launch message is sent or 12 months after signup, whichever is earlier, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- First-party event data: up to 90 days before deletion or aggregation.
- Order and support records: only as long as needed for fulfilment, disputes, tax, fraud prevention and applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics and payment providers may use cookies or similar technology needed for measurement, fraud prevention and secure checkout. Aura Sage uses session storage for an anonymous session identifier, campaign attribution and the immediate order-confirmation handoff. You can restrict cookies through your browser; some measurement or checkout functions may then be unavailable.
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw launch-email consent, request access, correction or deletion, or object to certain processing where local law provides that right. Contact [email protected]. We may need enough information to verify and complete the request. Exercising a privacy right will not result in discriminatory treatment.
Children
Aura Sage is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect waitlist information from children.
Changes
We will update the date above when this notice changes materially. The current version will remain available at this URL.
